Mr. Clark has over 20 years of experience in finance operations. Prior to launching Bowline Consulting, Inc. he served as Director of Accounts Receivable, Director of Fraud Prevention, and Sr. Director of Program management at Sprint PCS where he established the accounts receivable organization including all payment, credit and collection processes and developed the Account Spending Limit (ASL)concept. He has implemented fraud prevention systems and redesigned fraud organizations and directed the customer conversion of a $600M billing system implementation. He has provided process design and improvement for telecommunications clients and credit management consulting for risk management system providers in the United States and Europe. He is Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a B. A. in Philosophy from the University of Dallas.
